Educational complex "NANOFAB on-line"

Work was supported by federal target program "Development of infrastructure for nanotechnology industry in the Russian Federation for 2008-2011" (Contract № 16.647.12.2037  from 15.06.2011)

The remote access interactive educational Complex has function as formation and nanoelectronics research with topological dimensions up to 10 nm based on semiconductor heterostructures and carbon materials. The Complex is designed for use on a personal computer for remote learning and training for students (bachelors, masters ), researchers and developers in the field of nanoelectronics.

 

The complex comprises of hardware and software designed for distance learning and experimentation by students (Bachelor, Master), researchers and developers in the field of nanoelectronics, which includes the following main modules controlled and co-operating with the help of standardized web services:

  • module of real MBE served by the operator;
  • module of combined real FIB and SEM served by the operator;
  • real vacuum module of AFM served by the operator;
  • simulator - virtual analogue installation FIB;
  • simulator - virtual analogue installation MBE;
  • data base and multimedia resources illustrating the processes involved in the formation of nanoelectronics with topological dimensions up to 10 nm based on semiconductor heterostructures and carbon materials and the fundamental principles underlying the operation of devices MBE, FIB and SEM;
  • module that provides an interface for remote control of FIB and SEM ;
  • service broker ( implemented in software) , providing interaction between modules and access to data and resources, as well as the simultaneous use of several laboratory users.
